I'm the founder and principal of Carpenter Economic Advisors. Over the past decade-plus, I've delivered economic development projects representing more than 3,400 net-new jobs and over $930 million in capital investment — from single-site expansions to nine-figure announcements.

My experience spans every level of the field: county Economic Development Director, regional recruitment leader, and statewide existing-industry advisor — guiding clients through incentives, site and regulatory issues, and state and federal grant funding.
